About Sabrina

Sabrina Fairchild, does the name sound familiar? In the months leading up to my birth, my parents decided upon it after watching Audrey Hepburn and Humphrey Bogart co-star in Sabrina. If it weren’t for my mother’s admiration for the actress I would either be a Jada or Chantal! Chantal became my alias when I studied French in high school! I’m still working on how to incorporate Jada into the fabric of my life.

There’s only one Name under heaven worthy to save, and it is Jesus Christ. The question is, how familiar are any of us with His story? For me, it took nearly forty years of going to Him in prayer as I continually asked how it all worked or how it should look. I have a habit of setting worldly goals, and the Lord patiently waited for me to learn that building a relationship with Him requires a little more than a couple of goals. His final answer called for my whole heart!

I studied Communication, Psychology, and Education at Hope College in Holland, Michigan. With my Bachelor’s degree, I first worked as a morning news anchor for a CBS affiliate, and later for a large radio group as a morning radio personality in Grand Rapids, Michigan for a total of fifteen years.

I want to share with you how to faithfully give your heart over to Jesus, part-by-part, with the S.T.O.P. Principle. Learning to Surrender, Trust, Obey, and Patiently wait upon the Lord is not easy, but when you add these spiritual principles to your daily living … it is then that you will finally know the most intimate, loving relationship God intended for all His creation.
